There are two ways to delete a contact from your CRM:

Delete a contact from your contact list:

  1. Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
  2. Click on Contacts on the left menu.
  3. You are seeing a list of all your contacts. 
  4. Find the contact in the list. 
  5. Click the menu icon on the right of the contact you wish to delete.
  6. Choose Delete from the menu and confirm the deletion. 

Delete a contact from the contact's profile:

  1. Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
  2. Click on Contacts on the left menu.
  3. You are seeing a list of all your contacts. 
  4. Find the contact in the list.
  5. Click the row of the Contact you wish to delete. 
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the profile and click the Delete Contact button. 
  7. Confirm the deletion.

Please note: Deleting a contact will not delete any transaction history for that contact. Those transactions will remain in your Donations or Registrations reports.
